se alle anmeldelserThe low impact class was energizing, challenging, and so much fun! The trainer, Laurie was very friendly and energetic. She kept the class fun while working us out hard. It was a dance workout with strength training at the end. The song mix was great too. Laurie suggested a modification on a move for me before class, and she accommodated me by setting the volume of the microphone to a comfortable level ... I would like to go back.

The people though truly made me feel so welcome here! Everyone introduced themselves and were so friendly. Love the community and that it’s for all ages! I will be back!
