So fun! My legs and abs were burning. The teacher was very welcoming for something that can be intimidating! I definitely will be back!

I usually do Lagree for my harder workout days and reformer for my medium to softer days, so I don’t normally expect to sweat that much in a reformer class. But this was probably the hardest reformer class I’ve ever taken, in the best way. It was challenging enough that I felt like I got a real workout and will probably be sore, but it wasn’t overly complicated or awkward like some harder classes can be. The flow was intentional, the moves were effective, and it was just such a good class all the way around. Thank you!!!!

Class too hard for me (Im old! lol) so probably won't come back (Im out of tgis league even though they did not make me feel this way) but I would highly recommend studio if you want great workout and enjoy a pretty vibe. I liked the Pilates strength class where we used more weight and slower controlled movements. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it was a smaller space so smaller class size. The atmosphere is so cute and bright! A lot of other places you’re working out in the dark so I liked the brightness!

The atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable right away. Our instructor, Shi Washington, was wonderful — very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which made it much less intimidating for a first-timer like me.
