It helped me restore my lower back from driving 5.5hours and painting walls😂 in the last 2 days. Amazing experience starting with the 15min compression boots, 15-20min IR Sauna, rinse off, cold plunge 2-4min, hot tub, repeat cold plunge and finished with 10min LED lights. Andrea made me feel so welcome and took excellent care of my sequence answering all my questions. I highly recommend this!!

se alle anmeldelserVery clean and peaceful. Had cold plunge, hot tub, shower, sauna, red like therapy, LEG AND HIP normatec massage. The owner showed me around and explained how to use the machines. And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.
