It’s such a fun, safe environment where everyone is actively aware that we’re all being vulnerable and trying something new. Be prepared to look goofy, and most importantly be prepared to laugh! The instructors are always so ready and willing to help you. You barely have to look just a little confused and they’re intuitively at your side ready to help.
