    One class has me hooked! The vibe of this studio is soooo very welcoming compared to most Seattle studios. I instantly felt like family and like I’d been going there for years. The workout was also so challenging and rewarding - as in: i already feel sore. Jillian is amazing. Will definitely be back!

    Really enjoy the classes-done well, reformer is a deceptively tough workout, and Ryo gets it right every time. I know she’s planning to add more classes to the schedule in early March and I wish I were still going to be in town for them-but look forward to coming back on my next trip!

    All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

    Class was a blast. Cheyenne encouraged everyone to chat with each other and cheer each other on. Similar workout to other megaformer-type workouts (Inspire, Moov, Studio 45), but a lot more welcoming and fun. Every exercise was explained in regular words, not cutesy insider language that makes newbies feel left out (“eggbeaters and dancing bear — blah blah”).

    Great class! Good balance of active work plus stretching, which helps develop long lean muscle. Equipment is new (the motion is smooth and even unlike older equipment that can sometimes have straps that move unevenly), but not super high end (didn’t bother me because I had a productive full body workout). Definitely going back to this studio.

    Pop Royalty vs Rap Royalty

    First time at this studio: loved it! They are very numbers-based (like the old Flywheel) and pushed me way harder than some of the more dance-y spin studios (Soul cycle, City cycle). While sometimes I take other spin classes to just chill in the back in the dark, I’ll be keeping this place in mind for my “hard” workout days.
