    Vinyasa

Such a big, beautiful space and really fun, challenging flow. I didn’t think I would work up a sweat knowing I was going to be in a ballroom. But even with only 3 other classmates and the instructor, I was sweating quite a bit! I’m glad I brought a yoga mat towel with me. I’ll be bringing a sweat towel for my face for the next Vinyasa class. The instructor was really great about making sure our wrists and shoulders were warmed up before having us do headstands, and incorporated clear explanations on how to work up into a balancing pose and how to modify.

    Stability Yoga

The class was thoughtfully paced, with a mix of challenging and restorative poses. The challenging poses built up to a crescendo, and then we wound down into shavasana. The teacher, Emily, gave verbal feedback on any modifications and was generally very positive about listening to our bodies and doing what we needed in each pose and moment. Also, she gave everyone a stone with one side painted and the other plain; you then place the stone painted side up if you want hands-on adjustments during the class, or plain side up if you don’t. I turned my stone from plain to painted only at the end for shavasana. Emily gave me two wonderful adjustments (one at my feet and one at my head); they felt thoughtful and respectful and helped me to ease more deeply into a relaxed state.

    Foot Reflexology& Ionic Detox

wow. first time ever having an Ionic foot bath and I didn't know the most amazing massage was coming with it! they massaged shoulders, neck, arms, feet. legs and top of the thighs. you come in and lay down on the reclined style chairs and they put a blanket over you so you're all cozy through the whole thing. they play spa music but I wouldn't say the look of the space looks like a spa at all since it's a bunch of chairs in one room lol. I was the only one there when I went so it was relaxing not to hear additional sounds. legit almost fell asleep during the service. the only thing is I wish they stopped to show me the color of the water after my foot bath, different colors indicate different issues. I did ask him afterwards and he pointed to the chart---there was a little language barrier but that didn't impact much. I tipped $20 after (service is regularly $70 so that's a great %) and he seemed happy with that amount. it's a lot of ClassPass credits but I'd definitely return or pay out of pocket, it'd be worth it honestly!
