Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. She does not push you when you cannot compared to other pilates places masters. She respects everyone and can make almost custom to all, adjusting the strength etc. she suggested modifications and asked how do I feel.
