    Olivia is a great instructor! She’s energetic and always positive. The exercises are explained verbally and demonstrated by her, and then she will go around and make sure everyone’s doing them properly. The class is dynamic enough that you won’t feel like one movement is lasting forever, and she gives informative queues for what will come next.
