Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
