se alle anmeldelserSuperb class. Started off with solid stretches before going into core workout, really giving you the burn in your thighs and abs. Pace was doable for a beginner class and instructor went around correcting poses to ensure you get the maximum benefit. Love the class. One of the best I have ever been to. Def coming back!
