Place was cosy and compact. Instructor was very friendly and encouraging. Misleading information in the app should be updated. The first picture shown is a mat exercise and there were no instructions to bring gym shoes.

Instructor was really funny, and gave clear instructions which made it easy to follow the moves. I also appreciate that she was encouraging without being pushy. Not the most intense workout but a really fun way to burn some calories!

Great Weight & Cardio Exercise, for first timer they will teach how to use the machine and do the cardio, also measure ur heart beat to know if the workout challenge your body enough. Glad to have Kash as trainer that guide me throughout the reps :) bonus points it only women training.

You go through a station, then follow the cardio exercise played on screen, then proceed to next station and so on. I did 2 rounds in about 30 mins. A trainer will guide you on the machines on your first visit. Subsequent visits, you can do it on your own. A decent range of machines for legs and arms workout. I like that there aren’t many people (just myself or one other person during my timeslot). Clean place with clean toilets, and lockers for your bags.
