se alle anmeldelserFirst time here in this studio. While I have done aerial yoga stretch at another place, I was not quite prepared for the aerial hammock here. Amelia was very patient, encouraging and supports by checking on my body placements which was very helpful. I got dizzy from the inversions towards the end of the class, but Amelia continued to check on me and help me to normalise my experience. Enjoyed my session and hope to be back again next time!

Had a great time here trying pole dancing for the first time, everyone is so nice and inclusive and it's such an empowering activity. Had a little difficulty gripping onto the pole but instructor was very helpful and encouraging. She's super bubbly and hyped for the class and her energy is really infectious which made the class so enjoyable. Everyone should give this place a try, no regrets (:
