se alle anmeldelserLoved loved loved Candice’s energy - she really pushed me to my limit but in a positive way which feels great. Definitely Pilates + Yoga inspired with a lot of sculpting. Would say this is a struggle if you’re new to fitness, definitely if you’re new to heat. Highly recommend!

At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
