She does a great job at describing how your body should move and what you should and shouldn’t feel. Her corrections are always given with patience and respect — she’s a major reason I got back into fitness as an adult! Luv ya Tina

That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
