    Loved it! Staff really friendly, supportive, and helpful. Good community vibe with the other guests. Everyone (guests and instructors) super welcoming. I think for a beginner weight lifter it might be hard to follow along because it goes so fast - but why not learn when you’re getting so much hands on support and tips on form from kind instructors? And it will help beginners learn exercise and proper form and technique to weight lift outside of the F45 setting I think, so very educational

    Push Day Burnout

    Raniela was so kind, helpful, and a lot of fun to learn from! I was a complete beginner to this circuit style of strength training and liked how there were adjustments to my skill level and additional movements/adjustments for anyone more advanced. Everyone was nice and welcoming!

    This class was great. Checkin was easy and love that they have a good assortment of weights to use. Vanessa took us through a variety of exercises for upper,lower,core and compound movements. Music was great and loved the low lighting. My only constructive criticism would be to demo a bit more about how to set up safely for the exercises (grounded feet, slight tuck to pelvis and ribs and engaged core) As someone who has done some training this is all automatic for me but it may not be for beginners. I loved this class and it will be part of my normal routine. Thanks Vanessa! ✨✨
