se alle anmeldelserAlways great! This is a growing spot and conveniently located at the westshore mall near Dicks. Lots of parking and not a heavily trafficked area either. Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!

se alle anmeldelserCute place to do yoga or grab some Kava. Classes are just getting started so yoga group is smaller but makes it a personalized feeling. Very friendly staff and amazing yoga instructor. Loved the sound bowl during shavasana
