se alle anmeldelserGreat class, I think especially good for people who are new to yoga. It was mindful movement but not too challenging. I have been to humming puppy before many times, and I did notice that this time there were only a few towels (some people missed out) and the room was very very warm, warmer than I thought it would be. The mats are already slippy but I was slipping even more because it was so hot! However despite these minor things, it’s a great space, amazing facilities.

se alle anmeldelserHope is such a wonderful instructor. She gave was so much space and encouragement to be playful with the flow, and the sequencing was lovely. She also gave really helpful adjustments. I’ll definitely come back to her classes!
