se alle anmeldelserSometimes bikram can feel militaristic but this class with Persephone was like a meditation. Sometimes instructors can speak too fast or too slow or too rigid that it disrupts holding my postures but she spoke in a way that was very graceful, calm but still challenging. Perfect!
