I got an amazing workout and was able to really focus on the movements with purpose. The instructor was positive and friendly. She helped me correct my form that I hadn’t noticed before and really enjoyed the movements. They have a water station with emergen-c supplements for us to use, and the cutest studio setup with plants etc. I will definitely be back!

The studio was spacious and open.I felt welcomed and encouraged as I’m getting back into my fitness journey. Little things like this really make your experience so much better! I also love how they geared the class to be challenging but doable for all fitness levels. She was very informative in explaining the moves so I understood them easily. We were able to adjust the springs to make it easier or more difficult. Overall this studio was an amazing. It was judgement free and encouraging when I needed help. I felt amazing during and after my workout. It really was enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this studio! Highly recommend!!

Just walked in for my appointment, they have 9 stations (hence the name) in which you do different workouts for a set amount of time (Jump roping, boxing, lunges etc.) with the instructor guiding you the whole way and by the time you reach station 9 your workout is complete! Feels pretty intense for someone who doesn’t workout much so make sure you start doing cardio in for sure.

When you walk in, it feels like a family and like the coaches actually care about your growth and seeing what will work for you in the moment. I am so so happy I decided to come here for my first boxing lesson. The coaches are passionate about what they do, and love teaching. I learned so much for my first class. There are so many options to choose from in Vegas, but if you want to train with coaches that care about your growth, a personal, style training experience, and to take your training to another level I 100% recommend this place. It is worth it and you will not he disappointed. Definitely coming back! If i could give more than 10/10 I would!! Great experience! Thanks Rigo and George!!
