se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed this class; my first Shred415 experience. It combined a great balance of treadmill work and strength training. I've been a runner, but these days my preferred style of exercise is weight lifting. Natalie was awesome and really helped motivate me to hit 1 mile on the treadmill in a 10 minute portion of the workout, which is definitely not where my pace would be any other day right now. The facility was clean and the amenities were a nice touch. They have two showers in the women's locker room, plus hair dryers, and some hair products, including shampoo and conditioner. I even saw some disposable razors. I'm also a fan of the brands of snacks they have for sale at the front desk, as they're all pretty clean, solid options.

Was fun and instructor asked me about my favorite workouts and incorporated my all time fave - jump board on the reformer! Felt like I got in some cardio, strength, and deep stretching. Love it !
