Every minute she makes it count, I went to 2 jump board classes w Chrissy this week and she totally changed up the moves and kept it fresh and fun. I really love her classes! Very upbeat, explained instructions clearly and provided corrections when need. The space is a beautiful. I did get a little lost with my gps so just recommend making sure you have plenty of time to find it. Also, Elizabeth the receptionist was really sweet and showed me around the studio before class.

Wasn’t a super intense workout, but still felt like time was spent on all the areas and it was challenging enough that muscles will be sore tomorrow . Very comfortable atmosphere, and I liked that!
