She knew exactly what the room needed, supported us individually with different levels of postures and her knowledge of the whole body (spirit, mind, physical, somatics and emotional), enabled me to experience a deeper, more embodied experience throughout each posture. Additionally, it was my first time visiting Scout Pilates and as soon as I entered the door I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, the amenities are AMAZING(!) and I’m so glad I found such a beautiful lovely space

se alle anmeldelserHonestly the most relaxing yoga class I’ve ever done. Felt like all of the stress of the week melted from my body under Frankie’s guidance. The Zenly team have built such a wonderful space. If you’re thinking about doing this class, you must!
