Definitely would not suggest for a total gym beginner, you have to have some base knowledge for this class. It goes kind of quickly, and even though I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the gym there were some names of exercises I didn’t understand and had to ask a few times. The teacher was really nice though and answered all of my questions!
