The cues can be a bit hard to follow for beginners but Pam does a great job demo-ing when necessary and giving you individual attention when you’re lost — just tell her before class that you’re new so she knows to pay special attention to you :)

se alle anmeldelserGabby is SUCH a wonderful instructor! I am new to reformer Pilates and she made me (and everyone) feel so welcome to the studio and comfortable with the machine. This basics class was a great way to ease in while still having a challenging workout. Make sure to leave time for parking - I believe you can park at the Publix across the street for free. I will be back!

The reformer and ring combo gave such an effective, well-rounded workout, and the form visuals around the room are a brilliant touch — you’re never guessing if you’re doing it right.
