Welcome to Rayvolution — where fitness feels like an experience, not a routine. …INFRARED HOT PILATES FLOW
se alle anmeldelserLovely class!! Britt was a great instructor. The class was a nice level of heat. Instead of a flow we mixed it up today and did 1 minute long holds of yoga poses like chair pose and half moon. We had a Pilates section and used our body weight - it was challenging but not TOO challenging. We had a nice long cool down and stretch section too :)

se alle anmeldelserMuch more than a yoga studio. This is an all in one, wellness sanctuary. Yoga, pilates, sculpt, foam rolling, mobility etc. There is a private room with an infrared sauna & cold plunge. Skin care, structural body work, functional medicine, peptide therapy. An apothecary,.. it’s massive in this place. A total HIDDEN GEM.
