se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed today’s class - the instructor was great. On a side note - the sculpt classes seem very varied depending who takes the class. Some are boot camp style but there no way of telling until you start the class. It would be good if the classes could differentiate classic sculpt (my preference) or boot camp style

se alle anmeldelserThis is the fourth or so time I’ve joined Jill’s beginner class, and I absolutely love it. I have no practice and have been quite sedentary for two years. I was worried I would feel out of place, but I never have. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and provides a challenging -though not daunting- session that I enjoy. The other attendees are also wonderful. I will be returning!
