BALHAM: Vinyasa Flow
see all reviewsAnnabelle is hands down one of the best yoga teachers I’ve had. Sometimes vinyasa flow classes can become repetitive but she always changes up the practice and strikes the perfect balance of challenging and mindful.

see all reviewsIt was a fabulous class with a fabulous instructor. However one thing the studio might want to be aware of is people chatting in the waiting area whilst the class is finishing. On multiple occasions it has now spoilt the breathing at the end of class, kept me in the present and prevented me from hearing. I am aware people will need to check in but the conversations could be prevented.

see all reviewsAmy’s classes are always amazing. I always get a but nervous for an early class (7.30am) as I am always sleepy and groggy, but Amy judges the class perfectly and I walk away feeling ready for the day!

see all reviewsZelia was wonderful - her energy and warmth is something you come across rarely! Bikram can be so repetitive (and dull tbh…), but she brought a freshness to it, with very helpful cues and tips! She also noticed everyone in the room. She is a great teacher.

see all reviewsReally glad to find Shaun at a nearby studio - I used to attend a class elsewhere, so I’m glad to be able to go again. I attended with a weak shoulder - he was patient and understanding. If you’re hoping to improve, Shaun helps with great adjustments and a good yoga flow. Thank you

see all reviewsLovely pool. Basically empty on a Tuesday morning. Really enjoyed my swim. Good changing rooms with lockers, mirrors, hair dryers. You get given a towel. No shampoo in showers, only soap, so make sure you bring some.

see all reviewsFirst time at this gym, and the instructor was very good at giving myself and another first timer separate instruction. The space itself is great, class is probably best suited to if you’ve done some similar classes before - so if you’re an absolute beginner you may want to bring a friend to spar with (and don’t forget gloves!)

see all reviewsReally lovely community yoga. A nice Ashtanga practice with good, clear guidance from the instructor. The pavilion was nicer than I expected. Very nice to walk in the park a bit before and after class on a nice day.

see all reviewsThe space was great and the group was small. I was a bit nervous having not done yoga for ages, but Emma put me at ease and discreetly helped me when I needed it! Thank you for a really relaxing class!
