Laura's class is becoming a firm favourite. The flows allow you to push yourself if you want to but also learn and focus on technique. Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!
