    I like the HERO classes on Fridays. They tend to lean more on strength than cardio which is what I’m looking for. This is a challenging class that is allowing me to move beyond the plateau where I was stuck. I’m getting stronger and it feels great. If you are a BEGINNER, don’t be intimidated, the coaches will proactively work with you to provide modifications to suit your level of fitness. It is meant to be a challenging workout with some advanced exercise but there are people at all levels in the classes, each person doing their own version of the target exercises. It is a very supportive environment.

    Chris was great, going around the room and ensuring proper form (I probably messed up every move haha). Too bad his last day is tmrw but everyone I’ve used at this gym (4x) has been just as attentive and great!
