The changing rooms have great facilities - nice showers with toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel). Hairdryer and straightener are also available, so you’ll have everything you need to get ready post class and head out. Would recommend this class and this studio!

This mindful flow, though, was a really good introduction to Vinyasa, as it's a bit slower moving and the instructor was very good at explaining the movements. I'll book again 😊

At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. se alle anmeldelserThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
