    Amelia was a great instructor, she moved around the room to ensure everyone felt supported. The class had different levels of intensity, catering to those of varying abilities. We started and ended with a good stretching session which helped with mobility throughout the class. I would highly recommend the gym (clean, large space and friendly front of house staff), I would HIGHLY recommend the instructor - she was lovely, supportive and would cheer us on until the end!
