Yoga SLOW
se alle anmeldelserI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

se alle anmeldelserhighly recommend. really enjoyed this. I didn't fall asleep but it's basically show up,lay down and listen.and somehow eben my body felt better afterwards not only my mind? I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

se alle anmeldelserWas a great class! I really loved how it had exercises combining upper and lower body. One very, very minor thing: I would have loved the instructor to tell us a bit more detailed in advance whether the exercise would include larger or smaller muscle groups, or both, sometimes it was a bit difficult to coordinate which weights to choose because some parts of the exercise where too light and some too heavy. But again, really just a minor suggestion.
