Which I feel as a beginner or someone who is completely new to reformed Pilates is important as no one enjoys being embarrassed when trying new things. The class was obviously beginner focused but there were opportunities for you to increase the intensity of the session if needed. Dustin took the time as well to check in with each person attending the class which can often be forgotten about and not something I have experienced in other reformed Pilates classes. Will definitely be back☺️

Only feedback for the team would be to try and minimise external noise when treatments are happening (colleagues talking loudly in the hall etc) as this was a little distracting. Will be back!
