se alle anmeldelsersometimes is was hard to follow the flow, but I did really like the instructor, I felt he stayed true to real pilates practice. we focused on balance and core strength and it was a really good class! the instructor was also very helpful with form and well educated, even educated us on what muscles we were working atm and gave us form reminders woth guidance with is sooo helpful!

se alle anmeldelserLauren taught the absolute BEST barre class. She had great music, easy to follow cues, difficult without being too hard and the foe of the class was perfect. I really enjoyed that is was not a heated room yet had an incredible work out. First time at the small friendly studio. Definitely worth going for Lauren.
