I am an eating disorder therapist and plus sized woman, so I value inclusivity and loved that this instructor went above and beyond to encourage students to go at their own pace, let their bodies take up space, not compare themselves to others, and to be present in their bodies. see all reviewsI loved this place! I tried the Saturday Vinyasa for my first time at Blue Buddha. Tom showed me around the studio and was very welcoming - super cute place with a coffee shop inside to hang out after class. I love the energy in the studio, it feels humble and loving and uplifting. Had a great time 😊
