I love that the workouts focus on isolated muscle groups instead of every day being a full body workout. I also love that you’ll never do the same workout twice. 100/10 stars 😊

They had an available slot for 10am and booked it for me in their system. I’d definitely go back because the massage was great but now know to call to confirm the booking since they can’t see it in their system

Most importantly she constantly checked in to ensure I use proper form and not just rush through the explanations and workouts.
