During flow lessons the studio is warmed up and you really sweat 💦 Kim goes around you and helps correct your pose when you need which I as a beginner really appreciate 🙏 It's a challenging class and Kim even offers optional variations like hand standing positions. All at all a great lesson which I recommend with my whole heart.
