se alle anmeldelserIt was my first time and the instructions, class and instructor were good! However, I felt like the class was very full and we were very close to each other. There were also not enough dumbbells. For instance, my only option was or too light or too heavy. Some had like 2 sets of dumbbells and two kettle bells.... I feel like it is better to manage it and kindly ask everybody to just have 1 set and if you want to change, then do it. My overall experience was fine so I would come back and I also like the music 💘

se alle anmeldelserHet was dit keer wat minder fris in de studio , dat is bijna nooit . De reformer shoulder rests rook naar zware parfum en zweet en de straps ook. Er lag tissue onder de reformer en in het toilet op de grond. De extender en box waren ook stoffig / vies . Maar de les was echt super , weer heel anders , de variatie is zo goed bij bondi.
