se alle anmeldelserDilem is so nice and her voice is super calming but the class personally for me was not dynamic enough and too little repetitions actually was more beginner level friendly if you like this kind of class I totally recommend! If you like more of a challenge, shakes and dynamic I recommend other instructors or Power class.
