Her cues were incredibly clear and she focused on mind muscle connection so it was extremely educational as well. As a first timer, Tori was super welcoming & attentive and had great energy. For the last few weeks i am joining power classes with her, if you have been 2-3 reformer classes you have nothing to be afraid of but if you are a regular like me if you challenge yourself you can feel it the next day as well (in a healthy way). I really enjoy discovering my body’s capability with these classes.

Recently I have noticed more and more cellphones in the class with people using then until the very moment the class starts and straight back on before even cleaning machines and therefore distracted and not aware of their fellow class goers . I would welcome a no phones in the classroom policy very much .

It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. She’s so patient, explains every movement clearly, and really makes sure your form is right. I’ll definitely be back!
