I’ve tried different classes as well, but the classes with Flaminia are my absolute favourite. Her instructions are clear and you can see she puts a lot of work in preparing the classes. Every class is a bit different and it keeps surprising me how many different exercises she can come up with. I personally prefer when a teacher corrects me if I’m doing something wrong. Flaminia does that in a very sweet way so that you always feel safe and comfortable. Thank you Flaminia❤️
