It’s a beautiful welcoming yoga studio. The class had soothing, soft music playing. Kristie was knowledgeable and taught with warmth and care. Her style is meditative but with detail, this way you learn something every time. I am sensitive to a yoga teachers voice and her voice was very pleasant and loving. I will be back, thank you!

4 months pregnant and it was perfect for 1st introduction to slow movement. Really loved that she provided blocks and bolsters for me since I wouldn't know when to use them otherwise .
