It was definitely challenging, but in the best way possible—it pushed me without feeling overwhelming. Nancy did an amazing job keeping everyone motivated the entire time, and I really appreciated how supportive she was of people taking breaks when needed. There was zero pressure, just encouragement. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and honestly excited to come back. I’ll definitely be returning to her class!

se alle anmeldelseri used to go to this class and I forgot how much I enjoyed it. I live 30 minutes away and it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a workout class with great vibes and a fun time, I highly suggest this class. Everyone’s so kind and supportive. Definitely coming back more often.
