Hope eventually there will be more outlets for Ki Yoga because I’ll be moving away the area soon, but will definitely try my best to come back no matter the distance because the teachers at Ki are great and it’s homely space to practice yoga.

Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Plenty of room and equipment for everyone though. Great to have water on tap - hot or cold. Facilities clean and well-maintained as usual. Pool was also busy but it’s so huge I was able to swim lengths uninterrupted and without disturbing anyone else’s pool time either. Friendly staff too. All-round, a fabulous couple of hours!

Such friendly staff, very tranquil environment with low lighting, relaxing aromas, greenery and soft music playing throughout. The session starts and ends with tea or water in a small room with a couple of big armchairs which extends the whole calming experience. There is a health declaration to complete on arrival. During the massage, my masseuse was very focused on ensuring I was comfortable and happy, without asking too often. She helped adjust my pillow when I asked, her touch was the exact pressure I’d hoped for/requested and her strokes were slow and long…perfect ! Would happily return - and hope to soon.

I had a male masseuse - something to keep in mind for females, but it was not uncomfortable. Only other thing to note is that most of the masseuse there may not be able to understand English. And you should come in shorts and sports bra if you’re having a massage that requires use of lotion. I asked for a towel to put my face down on the massage bed as it’s normally bare.
