It was my first few times trying yoga and he was really clear about the instructions and educational on what exercises I could do to improve my shoulder strength etc. Not the instructors fault at all but I think the studio itself feels a bit noisy because it’s next to the boss’ (?) office…and he was on a Zoom call and it was super noisy. Hope the boss can find soundproofing or something to make it less noisy for the students.

The class overrun but she was not in a rush to end it as she wants to ensure that we did all the routine. She is definitely very dedicated to the class. The class size is also small and she was able to attend to each and every one of us. I will definitely be back to check out the other classes.
