They’re a kind person who looks out for each person in their class, even if you’re having a bad day Heather will always make you smile!

se alle anmeldelserThe instructor was kind, I’m as flexible as a board so I took the class in hopes of improving my flexibility. There were quite a few challenging stretches but I feel very refreshed after. The only thing was it was difficult finding my way to the entrance and there was no front desk person so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. Also because the class was full, it was difficult to see the instructor at certain points but all in all was a very fun and good experience! Would recommend :)

He truly knows how to make such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The class was beginner, friendly, and even when our coordination was off, he was able to replace any pressure. He felt to be perfect with humor, charisma, and community. Thank you so much for providing me with an amazing start to my Saturday that truly just shaped how the rest of my day felt. I will 100% be back. I will bring all of my friends and most importantly just keep doing what you’re doing!! you are fantastic. Greg and this concept is so motivating inspiring and needed.
