se alle anmeldelserLauren is an amazing instructor. I’ve been coming to her classes for two years and while I change up the other classes I do from time to time, I always make sure I attend hers. The class is challenging, at the same time there is enough time for warm-up and cool down and she provides adjustments and individual attention to ensure you are using the right positions. I find her classes are really helpful for posture and alignment and if I miss even a few classes while doing other ones, I can feel a difference in how my body is aligned. She’s also super friendly and down to earth. Love doing Pilates with her.

There were quite a few challenging stretches but I feel very refreshed after. The only thing was it was difficult finding my way to the entrance and there was no front desk person so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. Also because the class was full, it was difficult to see the instructor at certain points but all in all was a very fun and good experience! Would recommend :)
