Yasmin is incredibly attentive—she takes the time to correct each of us and ensures we're comfortable in every position. So perfect for someone who is used to/ loves the gym but with a pilates twist. We focused on hamstrings which was SO good & unique, & I’d love to try another one of Lauren’s classes to check out her ab series.
