I’m pretty new to Pilates but she made the class accessible to all, and gave lots of modification options for different levels. Shes really good at explaining each trick and keeps an eye out to correct your form and body positions! She also gave me some safety tips, along with targeted exercises to strengthen areas where I need it most.
