Emma is so great as always. I love her classes and she has great energy. Inspire needs to look at their policies regarding towels and mats though, it’s embarrassing to gatekeep a towel. You charge the same as studios around DIFC yet they provide all necessary equipment including toiletries.

I loved this class, although I’m used to the amazing booty and abs class by Anastasia also. This is at the same level. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.
