The trainers demonstrated how to do the workouts before class starts and they walk around correcting form as you are completing the work outs, which I loved! There’s 45 second circuits and we did 10 stations, 3 times. Great workout and the trainers were really friendly! Would recommend!

She was really kind and was also very motivating while still being realistic which I really enjoyed. There are mats available if you do not have one. This is my first Pilates class I have ever taken so I don’t have much to compare it to but it was great! I definitely had some struggle with some of the exercises but with her being so motivating I was able to power through. I definitely would like to come again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try the class out!

Brian was very clear throughout and I really appreciated how he helped correct everyone's form and technique where needed. Overall, the exercises were creative and fun and I would definitely recommend. Brian also went above and beyond to return a jacket left behind after class.
