Instructors energy was on point and the class was challenging in a good way (as in I know I will be sore). Reminds me on the studio I go to in Scottsdale. So glad I found this spot in Tucson

So i’m still getting used to pilates terms and phrases. I appreciate the instructor explaining everything and making the movements understandable. This was a good class. I am excited to come again
